- Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and effectively position SLB solutions.
- Sales Execution: Identify, manage, and close opportunities, ensuring profitability and compliance with SLB standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical) to deliver integrated and value-driven solutions.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing, and contract management.
- Technical Awareness: Familiarity with SLB offerings, particularly digital solutions.
- Communication & Negotiation: Ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex commercial discussions.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Focus on delivering value and ensuring long-term customer success.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align SLB solutions with customers’ business objectives.
- 5/7 years of relevant experience in sales or account management within the energy or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Experience participating in or leading digital projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
