Обязанности:

Register and track all incoming and outgoing project documents and correspondence in the company’s EDMS/database; distribute according to the approved distribution list.
Organize, originate, and maintain engineering project files and documentation in close coordination with the Project Manager and engineering disciplines.
Guarantee timely submission of engineering deliverables to the client, following contractual requirements and project procedures.
Establish and maintain a structured filing system accessible to all engineering and project staff.
Provide support in documentation issues, including EDMS usage, preparation of engineering document registers, and Excel-based tracking tools.
Participate in Inter-Disciplinary Checks (IDC) and perform final quality checks of engineering documents before issue.
Generate Document Control Reports for internal project management and client review, ensuring transparency of document status.
Maintain and continuously improve the project document management process within the company’s EDMS, aligned with Client standards.
Attend company-organized training courses to stay updated on engineering document control practices.
Drive continuous improvement of document control processes, incorporating lessons learned from engineering projects.
Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Project Service Manager, specifically related to engineering contractor project execution.
Proven experience in Engineering Contractor companies.
Familiarity with engineering deliverables, project documentation workflows, and document control standards.
Strong knowledge of EDMS systems, engineering document registers, and quality management procedures.
Demonstrate flexibility to adapt document control processes and outputs according to client requirements, ensuring responsiveness to contractual and project-specific needs.
Solid experience working with MDR, LOD and Registers
High level of working practices at MS Excel meta data
