- Managing calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
- Handling emails, communication, and general coordination on behalf of the Director
- Taking care of all secretarial and administrative tasks
- Maintaining records, databases, and documentation in an organized way
- Planning and coordinating travel arrangements when required
- Preparing reports, presentations, and basic documentation
- Setting up meetings, events, and arranging anything needed (including refreshments if required)
- Managing office-related coordination like supplies, couriers, etc.
- Following up on tasks and making sure things move on time
- Must be based in Dubai
- 4–5 years of experience in a similar PA role
- Good English communication (spoken and written)
- Presentable, professional, and confident personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently
- High integrity and good character
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Good at scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
- Strong typing, formatting, and documentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks without missing details
- Should be flexible with work and able to travel if required
- Must be comfortable working in CET (Malta) time zone
- Someone who can understand requirements quickly and take ownership
- Can join immediately
