  • Managing calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
  • Handling emails, communication, and general coordination on behalf of the Director
  • Taking care of all secretarial and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining records, databases, and documentation in an organized way
  • Planning and coordinating travel arrangements when required
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and basic documentation
  • Setting up meetings, events, and arranging anything needed (including refreshments if required)
  • Managing office-related coordination like supplies, couriers, etc.
  • Following up on tasks and making sure things move on time
What we are looking for
  • Must be based in Dubai
  • 4–5 years of experience in a similar PA role
  • Good English communication (spoken and written)
  • Presentable, professional, and confident personality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently
  • High integrity and good character
Skills Required
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Good at scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
  • Strong typing, formatting, and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks without missing details
Additional Points
  • Should be flexible with work and able to travel if required
  • Must be comfortable working in CET (Malta) time zone
  • Someone who can understand requirements quickly and take ownership
  • Can join immediately
