- Design brand strategy, aligned with all stakeholders
- Push growth of pillar products based on analysis, market and consumer expertise
- Implement new launches (from volume, GM calculation to shelf animation)
- Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies,
- Adapt communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale)
- Lead brand projects, working with other departments (medicine, sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy;
- Make recommendations on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.);
- Manage and adjust marketing budget based on performance and business needs
- Make recommendations on media, implement media and promotion plans and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan.
- Higher Education
- Experience in marketing (preferably in international FMCG company)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level or above
