Brand Manager (L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty)

Responsibilities:
  • Design brand strategy, aligned with all stakeholders
  • Push growth of pillar products based on analysis, market and consumer expertise
  • Implement new launches (from volume, GM calculation to shelf animation)
  • Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies,
  • Adapt communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale)
  • Lead brand projects, working with other departments (medicine, sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy;
  • Make recommendations on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.);
  • Manage and adjust marketing budget based on performance and business needs
  • Make recommendations on media, implement media and promotion plans and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan.
Requirements:
  • Higher Education
  • Experience in marketing (preferably in international FMCG company)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or above
