Company DescriptionThe Digital Manager position in the company helps the Media Network Manager in working with content creation and promotion, improving relationships between partners, as well as attracting opinion leaders.Job DescriptionContent Programming & Community ManagementRun day-to-day programming of Red Bull’s Owned (redbull.kz) and Managed (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) channelsManage community interactions across platforms to increase engagement, loyalty, and word of mouthEnsure the local voice of Red Bull resonates authentically, balancing global and local contentSocial Media Growth & EngagementDevelop and execute content calendars aligned with brand priorities and cultural momentsExperiment with formats, trends, and platform-native features to drive growthIncrease metrics such as reach, frequency, engagement, and time spent with contentContent ProductionCreate platform-native content (short-form video, visuals, copywriting, and lightweight articles) when neededCollaborate with internal teams and freelancers to deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround contentSupport influencer-led and editorial partnerships with content toolkits and creative directionAnalytics & Performance OptimizationTrack and analyze performance across platforms using analytics tools (Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, social insights, etc.)Identify growth opportunities and optimize content strategies based on insightsDeliver regular reports with actionable recommendations to improve reach and engagementPartnerships & Third-Party EcosystemsBuild partnerships with online media, social first publishers, creators, and communities relevant to Red Bull’s audienceDrive Red Bull brand visibility through content integrations and collaborations in external ecosystemsQualifications5+ years of experience in social media, content programming, or digital community rolesProven success in growing online communities and platformsStrong hands-on experience running social media accountsSkilled in content creation and performance optimizationFluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English * Bonus: experience in influencer partnerships or branded content collaborationsAdditional InformationKEY ATTRIBUTESStrategic thinker with strong execution skillsData-driven but creative; understands trends and consumer behaviorExcellent communicator and relationship builder
