  • Execute and maintain integrated planning processes at the production site for all manufacturing processes (primary, semi-finished, secondary) in a sustainable and efficient manner in accordance with the defined planning cycle, rhythm, and planning horizon to ensure the best execution plan balancing cash, cost, and service targets for the company.
  • Collect necessary capacity and availability parameters from production (from resource leads) and use them for efficient scheduling in factories. Adhere to capacity, production, and material availability constraints while minimizing delays/missed production and last-minute changes.
  • Prepare continuous, integrated, and synchronized production scheduling for manufacturing processes in line with the defined planning cycle, rhythm, and planning horizon to meet semi-finished and finished goods volume forecasts.
  • Ensure the delivery of the best execution plan for the respective production site for integrated planning processes, balancing cash, cost, and service targets for the company. Adhere to stock policies while keeping human and machine resources at the lowest cost and within operational constraints (e.g., material availability and equipment efficiency). Ensure and control the execution of the production schedule and take corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • Collect and consolidate regular (weekly) updates from production on resource capacity, capability, manufacturing assumptions, and availability.
  • Collaborate with resource leads (or manufacturing contacts) who are the single point of contact in manufacturing affiliates in a standardized and synchronized manner. Follow up on getting all inputs and escalate in case of non-availability of required inputs on time.
  • Provide mid and long-term capacity inputs to the capacity planning team.
  • Manage exception situations (last-minute machine breakdown, material arrival delays/quality hold, high criticality urgent production requests) using best judgment and alignment with related stakeholders to ensure minimal impact on business.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders: supply planning, capacity planning, manufacturing, MRP, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Lead and participate in assigned supply chain or cross-functional projects targeting to deliver productivity and/or efficiency in processes. Seek and identify continuous improvement opportunities in integrated planning and related supply planning processes and raise proposals for process enhancements.
  • Fully comply with company procedures and local and international legislation.
Who we're looking for:
  • University degree in Engineering, Management, or another related field.
  • Fluency in English at C1 level or higher is preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain functions is a plus.
  • Very good command of MS Office applications. SAP knowledge is an asset.
  • Strong drive for achievement, analytical thinking ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and cooperation skills.
  • Eager to learn new skills and take calculated risks in their domain for new ideas.
  • Ability to inspire people for new ideas and new ways of working.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback.
