As the largest ticketing provider in the GCC, we proudly serve an extensive array of events across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait from our Dubai-based headquarters.Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end behavioral and product analytics, covering everything from requirements gathering to end report.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key product metrics.
  • Maintain and optimize event-tracking setups.
  • Evaluate hypothesis, design, conduct and present the results of a/b tests.
  • Investigate anomalies or sudden changes in user behavior or other key indicators.
  • Support product and other stakeholders in feature launch, audience selection, and key metric calculations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in product analytics, preferably B2C E-com, Ticketing, Travel.
  • English and Russian proficiency is a must.
  • Proficient with product metrics and stakeholder management. Able to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Takes ownership of projects from start to finish, handling uncertainties effectively.
  • Proactively identifies new opportunities and impactful tasks, developing them into initiatives.
  • Experienced in behavioral and product analytics, detecting patterns and finding opportunities within user behavior and product engagement.
  • Confidence in writing complex SQL queries (window functions, query optimization, etc.), experience with relational databases; Google BigQuery is a plus.
  • Knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, basic mathematical analysis. Experienced in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Confident with BI tools (creating dashboards and visualizations).
  • Uses Python (and relevant libraries) for data exploration and analysis (familiarity with automation tools and llms is a plus)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase, and event tracking setups.
