- Provide customer support in Russian and English via email, live chat, and phone.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues professionally and empathetically.
- Translate customer communications and support materials between Russian and English when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve service quality.
- Fluent Russian (C1 level or above) with strong spoken and written skills.
- Comfortable communicating professionally in English.
- Previous customer support or after-sales experience preferred.
- Strong logical thinking, reliability, and work stability.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
- Background in engineering, intelligent manufacturing, or technical fields is an advantage.
- Training or coaching capability is a plus.
- Interest or basic knowledge in photography is preferred.
- Part of a multilingual team of five, with one representative per language.
- Compensation to be quoted separately per language, based on experience.
