Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support in Russian and English via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues professionally and empathetically.
  • Translate customer communications and support materials between Russian and English when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve service quality.
Requirements
  • Fluent Russian (C1 level or above) with strong spoken and written skills.
  • Comfortable communicating professionally in English.
  • Previous customer support or after-sales experience preferred.
  • Strong logical thinking, reliability, and work stability.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
  • Background in engineering, intelligent manufacturing, or technical fields is an advantage.
  • Training or coaching capability is a plus.
  • Interest or basic knowledge in photography is preferred.
Additional Details
  • Part of a multilingual team of five, with one representative per language.
  • Compensation to be quoted separately per language, based on experience.
