HR specialist

• fast and effective recruitment and staffing: attracting, interviewing and selecting the right candidates;
• maintenance of the workforce: handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions;
• training and development: evaluating employees' educational needs and designing programs to meet them.

• English language at least at C1 level;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• strong organizational and time management abilities;

• salary starts from $1500 + bonuses (the first test month is $1000);
