- Respond to customer inquiries and provide first contact resolution of customer issues via email (Zendesk).
- Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer questions and requests.
- Turning potential negative customer situations into positive experiences.
- Display a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor to customers.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or to the developers.
- Provide exceptional customer experience as measured through customer surveys.
Post Onboarding Schedule
Sunday through Thursday [or]
Tuesday through Saturday
