We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Supervisor to support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. The role focuses on maintaining internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance with company policies and labor legislation.As a C&B Supervisor, you will:Participate in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and programs.Support annual salary review, bonus and incentive processes.Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.Administer employee benefits programs (medical insurance, allowances, etc.) and coordinate with external vendors.Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and insights to support HR and business decisions.Support HR budget planning and workforce cost analysis.Contribute to employee recognition and engagement initiatives.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of C&B processes.You're the perfect match for this role if you have:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards.Good understanding of C&B practices, trends, and legal requirements.Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HR systems is an advantage.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in English (spoken and written).Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
