Manager (DPP Audit & Assurance)

• Research and respond to mandatory and non-mandatory audit consultations, ensuring compliance with ISA, ISAE, and ISRE.
• Provide expert guidance on KPMG’s audit methodology and framework.
• Coach and support audit teams during consultations, offering input throughout the process.
• Prepare materials for audit updates and deliver training sessions for staff and partners.
• Stay up to date on local standards and ISA developments through ongoing research and participation in topic teams.
• Assist with regulatory reviews and internal quality inspections, supporting engagement partners on methodology-related matters.
• Contribute to project management and support the implementation of specific initiatives within DPP Assurance.

• Have excellent attention to detail and strong business writing skills.
• Are passionate about research and comfortable working both independently and in teams.
• Possess deep knowledge of ISA, ISAE, ISRE, and ISRM.
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Are proactive, a self-starter, and able to work well under pressure.
• Have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels, both within and outside KPMG.
• Have a professional attitude and are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Audit Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Practical experience in applying auditing standards in audit engagements.
