- Install, configure, and maintain BMC Helix applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Helix functionality and performance.
- Manage system integrations, developing and maintaining workflows and automated processes.
- Provide technical assistance and training to users regarding BMC Helix functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot to ensure optimal operation and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement changes to streamline IT operations.
- Document processes, solutions, and system changes for compliance and future reference.
- Stay current with BMC Helix updates and best practices to ensure the platform's capabilities are fully utilized.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in administering BMC Helix or similar IT Service Management platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with system integrations and scripting for automation (REST APIs, JSON, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and end-users.
- BMC Helix certification or related IT certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a remote team environment.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructures and services.
- Familiarity with database management and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
