You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.You'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless material planning and supplier management, directly impacting our production and project timelines. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams), analyze supplier confirmations, and maintain the accuracy of material planning data, and much more.You'll specifically take care of creating and updating Material Planning documents, but also resolving supply issues and improving supplier delivery performance.We'll look to you for:Managing Purchase Requisitions until Material Planning document creation for internal suppliersFollowing up with Procurement on Purchase Requisition maturity for external suppliersEnsuring and updating the accuracy of material planning master data in compliance with stock and logistic constraintsCreating and updating Material Planning documents (Call-off, Schedule Agreement) and their respective Source List and Quota ManagementCommunicating delivery plans and purchase orders to suppliers and following up on their confirmationsAnalyzing supplier confirmations versus Alstom needs and evaluating risks/impacts on production/projectsIdentifying priorities, setting up recovery actions, and organizing regular reviews with suppliers to monitor delivery performanceManaging MRP exception messages and anticipating supply problemsResolving Goods Receipts issues and following up on non-conformities with Procurement OfficersCommunicating OTIF (On-Time In-Full) results with suppliers and driving improvementAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
