- Fleet Operations & Service Management: Minimization of the number of vehicles withdrawn from operation on the line, and dispatching of work tasks for vehicle maintenance. Carrying out business processes for vehicle registration and state technical inspections.
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of 4 specialists, delegating tasks, and ensuring effective interaction to achieve departmental goals.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Control over the work of contractors and carrying out on-site inspections. Placing orders with suppliers for necessary goods and services.
- Data Management & Reporting: Entering data on technical maintenance, repair, and other services into the Partnership's internal systems. Ensuring accuracy of information in reports.
- Insurance & Client Support: Consulting clients on insurance cases and providing necessary documents to insurance companies to receive payments. Informing clients about maintenance and operation rules.
- Cost Control: Actively working towards budget preservation in all operational activities.
- Automotive Work Experience: Background in the automotive industry with a clear specialization in Service Management or Fleet Management.
- Work experience in after-sales, fleet, or service management: 5+ years.
- Experience in Team Leadership: +2 years.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the technical characteristics of vehicles , Kazakh traffic rules , and labor legislation.
- Advanced English or Turkish language skills, oral & written.
