We are currently looking for an International Sales Representative to join our dynamic, remote team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for education and a knack for sales.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Book, plan, and carry out online ‘Consultations’ with students and families, with the goal to enroll them with Legacy Online K12 School.
  • Plan and execute the entire sales process from initial contact with the family, through to consultation and enrollment.
  • Assess students based on learning style, academic ability, personality, needs/aspirations, interests/hobbies, in order to make well-informed and appropriate recommendations.
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers, maintain a pipeline of short-term targets and longer-term prospects.
  • Provide online demonstrations and conduct open-day webinars to showcase the benefits and features of our online schooling platform.
  • Generate referrals from families during the consultation process and report/follow up on these to generate new consultations.
  • Maintain a robust, current knowledge of the USA education sector and understand how private online education fits into it, enabling you to discuss it confidently with families.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven experience in selling educational products, software, or hardware.
  • Experience in international sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with both faculty and student populations.
  • Superior organizational and problem-resolution skills.
  • Goal-oriented and highly ethical.
  • Great relationship builder, adept at understanding client needs, with excellent objection handling skills and the ability to position yourself as a ‘trusted advisor’ to our families.
  • Good understanding of the USA education landscape and the private online schooling market. Ability to demonstrate how private online education can complement/augment mainstream education.

  • Назначать, планировать и проводить онлайн-консультации для учеников и их семей с целью зачисления в Legacy Online K12 School.
  • Планировать и вести полный цикл продаж: от первого контакта с семьей до консультации и зачисления.
  • Оценивать учеников (стиль обучения, академические способности, личностные качества, потребности/цели, интересы/хобби), чтобы давать взвешенные и подходящие рекомендации.
  • Квалифицировать лиды, определять лиц, принимающих решения, и вести пайплайн как краткосрочных, так и долгосрочных потенциальных клиентов.
  • Получать рекомендации от семей в процессе консультаций, отслеживать их и использовать для назначения новых встреч.
  • Поддерживать глубокие и актуальные знания об образовательном секторе США и понимать место частного онлайн-образования в нем, чтобы уверенно обсуждать это с семьями.
Требования и личные качества:
  • Свободное владение английским языком (устный и письменный).
  • Подтвержденный опыт в продаже образовательных продуктов, программного или аппаратного обеспечения.
  • Опыт в международных продажах.
  • Превосходные навыки устной и письменной коммуникации.
  • Развитые навыки межличностного общения как с преподавателями, так и с учениками.
  • Выдающиеся организаторские способности и навыки решения проблем.
  • Ориентация на результат и высокие этические стандарты.
  • Умение выстраивать прочные отношения с клиентами, глубоко понимать их потребности, мастерски работать с возражениями и позиционировать себя как «доверенного советника» для семей.
  • Хорошее понимание образовательной среды США и рынка частного онлайн-образования. Способность продемонстрировать, как частное онлайн-образование может дополнять или расширять традиционное обучение.
