AIFC Authority is looking for an experienced and strategic Team Lead of Corporate & Media Communications to drive the organisation’s communication strategy, strengthen brand visibility, and lead a multidisciplinary content team. This is a key leadership role responsible for elevating the AIFC’s external presence and internal communications.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of the organisation’s presence across official social media platforms in alignment with the PR and brand strategy.
  • Maximise audience reach, engagement, and relevance through data‑driven content planning, creative storytelling, and timely integration into industry and public agendas.
  • Manage and mentor an in‑house content production team of 7 specialists (social media, internal communications, corporate events).
  • Oversee the creation of high‑quality content for external and internal channels, ensuring transparency, alignment, and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal production resources to ensure on‑brand, high‑quality outputs.
  • Curate, launch, and optimise social media accounts for a large organisation, ensuring compliance, consistency, and scalability.
  • Monitor trends in media, digital communications, and social platforms, embedding the organisation into relevant narratives and initiating new trends when possible.
  • Analyse communication performance metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment) and continuously optimise content strategies.
  • Contribute to departmental planning, KPI development, workflow improvement, and implementation of strategic communications initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Marketing, or Digital Marketing, Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Certificates in SMM, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Content Creation are preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in media communications, PR, digital communications, or related fields, 3+ years of management or team‑lead experience (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing and scaling social media for large organisations; financial industry or B2B background is a strong advantage.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the full content production cycle.
  • Advanced proficiency in Kazakh and English; Russian proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills with a strategic, analytical, and creative mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing media and business agendas
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office
