We are looking for a dynamic ServiceNow Architect to become part of our expanding team and assist in developing tailor-made solutions on the ServiceNow platform.In this position, you will be of critical importance across a wide range of projects in ITSM, ITOM, HR, and other business sectors, servicing clients globally.This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, estimate, and formulate technical solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platformAct as a technical expert, supporting the customer and team membersEnsure development is conducted in alignment with client needs and industry best practicesEngage in sessions to collect requirementsWork closely with diverse stakeholders and team collaboratorsMaintain and update design specifications and architectural blueprintsEngineer, develop and showcase proof of concept modelsEngage in recruitment and skill rating processes related to ServiceNow developmentRequirementsProficiency in applying diverse applications and modules of the ServiceNow platformBackground in crafting intricate solutions on the ServiceNow platform, which includes third-party system integrationsStrong communication and presentation capabilities, able to clarify intricate technical details to both engineers and senior managersUnderstanding of Agile methodologiesSolid knowledge of ITILExperience in managing a team of developers and serving as a mentorSkills in dealing directly with technical and business stakeholders for customersCompetency in English at a B2+ levelUnderstanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, and AngularJSNice to haveKnowledge of SQLSkills in PowerShellUnderstanding of LDAPFamiliarity with various cloud providersWe offer/BenefitsWe connect like-minded people:
