Keywords: Server, Storage, Virtualization, Windows server, ExchangeResponsibilities: * Provide personal IT support to all staff include Company Executives and Managers.
  • Provide emergency IT support at the situation of required by the Executives.
  • Support and maintenance scope include but not limited Servers and storages, Windows, Virtualization, Active Directory, file server, Exchange email, web server and OA,.
  • Write incident report, deployment documents, capability of analyze the root cause.
  • IT related purchasing and assets management.
Basic Requirement: * University degree in information technology;
  • English (B2 or higher)
Skill Requirement: * Minimum 3-5 years of Desktop IT operation and maintenance or System maintenance experience.
  • A knowledge and understanding of proactive incident and problem management，
  • Good experiences in install/configure/maintenance/troubleshooting virtualization, X86 server, Storages, windows server system, AD, Exchange, web server such as tomcat etc..
  • Has good concept for IT admin policies, able to planning, design office IT infrastructure.
  • Basic network knowledges, CCNA. HCNA is preferred.
