- Align product vision with overall business goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap to ensure the product meets market demands and delivers substantial value to customers.2. Understand Market Needs and Customer Value
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Ensure the product offers unique value propositions that differentiate it from competitors and align with customer needs.
- Seek new business opportunities, including new markets, channels, and customer segments to expand product reach.3. Manage Product Lifecycle
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch improvements.
- Implement processes for continuous product optimization based on customer feedback, regulatory updates, and market trends.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Risk, Legal, Collections, Finance) to ensure smooth product rollouts.4. External Relationships & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, industry alliances, and professional societies.
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams to prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with external partners.
- Represent the company in relevant seminars, conferences, and events to strengthen industry presence and build networks.5. Loan Product Specifications & Features
- Define, document, and manage loan product specifications and features.
- Ensure consistent documentation of changes, approvals, and current product status.6. Sales & Commercial Contribution
- Support development of sales and marketing strategies alongside Business Development and Marketing teams.
- Provide insights on pricing, commissions, and promotional activities to increase loan uptake.
- Monitor sales pipeline performance, conduct product-related forecasts and analysis, and present findings to senior management.7. Regulatory & Compliance Adherence
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Ensure new product concepts and developments comply with all relevant laws and regulations.8. Customer Engagement & Feedback
- Organize and conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and insights.
- Prioritize customer engagement activities in key markets, including the Philippines and India.9. Team & Project Management
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver product initiatives on time.
- May supervise junior analysts or product team members.
- Foster a collaborative environment with clear responsibilities and accountability. Требования:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to sales and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the lending industry, particularly the Philippines market, is highly desirable.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors.
- Confident English knowledge, with ability to communicate across geographies.Working Conditions:Hybrid or flexible work arrangements may be possible depending on business needs.Regular presence in the Philippines office with overseas travel as needed.Standard workweek: 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday (occasional overtime for project deadlines/events).Why Join Us:
