- Work closely with user departments, understanding their business, identifying opportunities for business process improvement, requirements for new systems and more effective use of existing systems.
- Planning, lead and ensure of works in order to produce the required projects in compliance with scope of work, quality, and cost and time constraints.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the team to ensure a strong focus to achieve the Enterprise Resource Planning System Section objectives.
- Have a detailed understanding of the business processes and requirements of specific departments.
- Work closely with the business to identify opportunities for more efficient processes and systems.
- Gather the information technologies (IT) requirements for the overall business, specific departments and specific projects of KPO as required by the IT Business Systems Manager.
- Evaluate, recommend and implement IT solutions to meet KPO and end-user needs and requirements;
- Document requirements and specifications for development staff and vendors.
- Coordinate specific tasks or projects.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure that work is carried out according to timescales, budget and specification.
- Plan and make requisition for necessary licenses and software.
- Plan and manage specific development projects and software maintenance for specific departments.
- Ensure adequate and up-to-date documentation is provided for the support of products and systems.
- Manage the team resource and assign the task priority. To monitor their tasks and activities plan.
- Promote quality excellence within the team. To ensure that work practices are effective and consistent.
- Manage and monitoring the performance of individual team members and provide the annual Performance and Development Review reports.
- Define and propose the training plan for himself and his staff.
- Assist IT Business Systems Manager during the budget preparation stage.
- Upper-intermediate (B2) English level is an advantage on this role;
- excellent knowledge of business processes;
- excellent knowledge of PCs, Intel Servers, current MS Windows operating systems, Linux Operating Systems, current MS Office, networking;
- knowledge of formal systems and business analysis;
- knowledge of formal project management;
- knowledge of formal business process review;
- knowledge of designing, developing, implementing and supporting computer applications;
- must be able to communicate effectively at all levels with various operational units and with a variety of nationalities;
- self-starter, able to plan work schedule for self and a team;
- ability to recognise a changing situation and modify work-plans and priorities accordingly;
- ability to apply new approaches and innovative solutions;
- to solve problems independently to suit the situation;
- ability to lead and motivate staff.
