Обязанности:Manage the full recruitment process for positions at different levels;Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define roles and find the right candidates;Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain talent pipelines;Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ skills;Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience;Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes;Maintain candidate data in ATS/CRM systems;Support HR initiatives and occasionally mentor junior recruiters. Требования:Higher education in HR, Management, Marketing, or related field;English — B2 or higher (spoken and written);Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international or logistics companies;Experience in full-cycle recruitment and competency-based interviews;Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.);Data-driven mindset and ability to track recruitment metrics;Excellent communication skills and focus on candidate experience;Organized, proactive, and collaborative; willingness to support team growth. Условия:
- Outsorsing agreement;
- Income in USD;
- Monthly performance-based bonuses;
- Working hours: 11:00-20:00 or 10:00-19:00, 5 days a week.
