To manage work schedules and optimize resources for ground handling operations. Responsible for resource allocation, work schedule approval, and compliance with company policies and international regulations.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create work schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) for Ground handling staff based on operational data and employee availability.
- Identify logistical needs and coordinate with the supervisor for approval.
- Monitor adherence to schedules and address deviations or staff shortages.
- Collaborate with the operations team to adapt schedules based on real-time changes.
- Maintain planning records in the RMS system and prepare statistical reports for department review.
- Ensure data accuracy and update resource allocation plans regularly.
- Coordinate with HR to integrate leave plans into work schedules.
- Ensure all schedules comply with labor laws and operational safety standards.
- Assist in arranging training schedules and incorporating them into operational plans.
- 1-3 years in planning role in ground handling or related industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or related field.
- Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and English is required on Intermediate level
- Proficiency in resource planning software and advanced MS Office skills (MS Excel - advanced level is a must)
- Work schedule of 5/2 from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Annual paid leave of 24 calendar days, increasing to 28 days depending on work experience
