- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with local and international accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with all local tax laws and submit timely tax declarations
- Coordinate with auditors and prepare supporting documentation for audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and financial institutions as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience
- Strong understanding of Kazakhstan’s financial regulations and tax laws
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., 1C, SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent)
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical capabilities
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
- Experience working in multinational or international environments
- CPA, ACCA, or similar certification is a plus
