- Process sales orders and quotes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain CRM records (contacts, opportunities, activities) and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate communication between sales reps, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues and advance deals.
- Prepare and send proposals, sales documentation, pricing confirmations, and product information.
- Track order status, shipments, and deliveries; follow up to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Generate regular sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support management.
- Schedule sales meetings, calls, and customer appointments; prepare agendas and follow-up notes.
- Assist with lead qualification, pipeline management, and territory administration.
- Support sales onboarding and training logistics (materials, systems access).
- Contant clients via phone calls and arrange mailings to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing best practices.
- Manage company social media and ensure frequent posts.
- Manage and maintain company website, ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English, Russian and Kazakh languages (oral and written).
- 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or operations (B2B preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Bitrix24) and MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic understanding of sales metrics and forecasting.
- Experience with and accounts on social media, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
