- Prospect, cold-call, and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Visit and meet clients to build sales pipeline and represent the company.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations (virtual/in-person) tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and negotiated contracts to close deals.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature and handoff to onboarding.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; act as trusted advisor to drive upsells.
- Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, expo’s and sales meetings as needed.
- Create marketing content, brochures and social media articles.
- Maintain accounts on social media, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc, post regularly on events, company activities and other relevant topics.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English, Russian and Kazakh languages (oral and written)
- 3 years of B2B sales experience (outside sales) with demonstrated quota attainment.
- Proven track record of closing new business and managing accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Bitrix24) and MS Office.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience with and accounts on social media, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
