- At least 1 year of experience in sales, a call center, or customer support.
- Fluent in both Turkish and Russian — spoken and written — for communication with clients.
- Strong persuasion and sales skills, with knowledge of objection-handling techniques.
- Stress resilience and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- Confident computer skills.
- Actively selling products to clients in Turkish via outbound calls.
- Effectively handling objections and successfully closing deals.
- Providing a high level of service and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Passing relevant information to other departments when necessary.
- Taking initiative to improve the sales process and increase conversion rates.
