  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, a call center, or customer support.
  • Fluent in both Turkish and Russian — spoken and written — for communication with clients.
  • Strong persuasion and sales skills, with knowledge of objection-handling techniques.
  • Stress resilience and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly and positive attitude.
  • Confident computer skills.
Your responsibilities:
  • Actively selling products to clients in Turkish via outbound calls.
  • Effectively handling objections and successfully closing deals.
  • Providing a high level of service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Passing relevant information to other departments when necessary.
  • Taking initiative to improve the sales process and increase conversion rates.
Work schedule:From 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (GMT+2), 5 days a week with floating days off.Why you should join us:
