Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:- Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations including breakfast, restaurant, in-room dining, and other services.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise F&B team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor daily operations, ensure high service standards, and implement continuous improvements.
- Manage departmental budgets, cost control, and revenue generation strategies.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, taking corrective action as needed.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
- Promote and implement all corporate F&B promotions and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with other departments for successful event planning and execution.*What are we looking for?*
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a passion for service and excellence. To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following:Responsible for the short and long term planning and management Food & Beverage front and back of house Operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.Essential:
- 2-3 Years Experience as F&B Manager.
- Bachelor's degree/higher diploma, diploma in Hospitality or Food and Beverage is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a hotel is an advantage.
- English and Kazakh/Russian languages are must for this position.
