- Manage and follow up on official correspondence with public institutions, ministries, and banks.
- Support the General Director in daily administrative tasks and communication.
- Handle routine procedural and documentation processes related to company operations.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including document preparation, record keeping, and coordination of internal processes.
- Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and internal/external communications.
- Maintain office supplies, records, and ensure compliance with internal administrative standards.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an international environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian is preffered.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work.
