Project Coordinator of an International French School / Director’s Assistant

- Coordination of development projects: opening and launching a kindergarten and a primary school, new grade levels and programs, campus expansion, and implementation of new educational initiatives
- Management of end-to-end launch projects for educational directions from scratch: from concept and operating model to operational go-live (licensing in cooperation with responsible specialists, staff recruitment, and launch of the educational process)
- Development of project plans: objectives, phases, timelines, resources, budgets, KPIs
- Coordination of lead generation and student enrollment projects (collaboration with marketing, admissions, and external contractors)
- Participation in the design and execution of enrollment funnels for the kindergarten and school (open days, presentations, campaigns, partnership initiatives)
- Monitoring execution of project tasks, timelines, budgets, and quality of deliverables
- Preparation of regular reports on project status, launches, and enrollment metrics for the School Director and leadership team
- Collaboration with internal teams: administration, teaching staff, academic coordinators, HR, finance, IT
- Communication with external partners: consultants, contractors, and providers of educational and infrastructure services
- Support of cooperation with French and international institutions on project-related matters
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation (plans, roadmaps, minutes, reports)
- Structuring materials for inspections, audits, visits, and accreditation processes (within the scope of projects)
- Maintenance of a project archive (digital and physical)
- Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection requirements
- Coordination of the implementation of new curricula, methodologies, and learning formats
- Support of pilot projects (STEAM, digitalization, bilingual initiatives, etc.)
- Collection of feedback from teachers and administration, analysis of implementation results
- Preparation of analytical briefs and recommendations for scaling successful practices
- Coordination of project-related events, including:
- pedagogical sessions and trainings
- visits of experts, inspectors, and delegations
- project presentations for parents and partners
- Event logistics: schedules, participants, materials, coordination and support
- Monitoring project risks and preparing mitigation proposals
- Control of resource utilization within the approved project budget
- Timely escalation of issues and deviations from plans to the School Director
- Use and implementation of project management tools (Google Workspace, etc.)
- Support of a project management culture and transparent reporting
- Maintenance of project dashboards and summaries for the management team
- Higher education (project management, education, international relations, management)
- Proven experience in project coordination within educational or international organizations — mandatory
- Experience in an international school or with the French education system — an advantage
- French — C1 or higher (mandatory)
- English — B2–C1
- Russian / Kazakh — an advantage
- Project planning and control skills
