We are building the future of intelligent data automation in the construction and enterprise ecosystem.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will drive the early stages of our sales pipeline. You will help identify and engage high-quality prospects, initiate conversations, and set up qualified meetings for our enterprise sales team. In this role, your success will be measured by your ability to generate interest, maintain CRM hygiene, and support sustainable pipeline growth in target markets.This is a fully remote position focused on the U.S. market, requiring availability and active working hours aligned with the New York / Connecticut time zone (EST).Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting using LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and industry research
Identify and qualify potential B2B leads, especially within construction, data, and enterprise technology sectorsCraft tailored outreach messages that resonate with decision-makers (CTO, Head of Data, Innovation leads, Sales leaders)Book discovery/demo meetings and hand them off to Account ExecutivesMaintain and update CRM with accurate account and activity data (HubSpot or equivalent)Use data and performance metrics to refine outreach strategiesCollaborate regularly with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and prioritiesWho You Are2+ years of experience in B2B sales development (SaaS, tech, data-driven solutions preferred)Comfortable with consistent outbound workflows and KPIsAdvanced English proficiency (C1 level or above is required)Highly organized, self-motivated, and data-orientedConfident engaging senior professionals via digital outreachThrives in environments where experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement matterProven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is mandatoryNice to HaveExperience selling into technical / enterprise workflows (construction tech, data platforms, AI tools)Understanding of technical value propositions and ability to communicate them clearlyWhat You’ll GainOpportunity to work with leading AI technology transforming enterprise workflowsClear performance metrics and growth expectationsDirect impact on pipeline creation and revenue trajectoryCollaborative remote environment with access to cutting-edge tools and data insightСтраховая компания
