- Maintaining daily office activities, including filing and archiving systems.
- Office maintenance (stationary procurement, office cleanness, etc).
- Office safety / Property security.
- Provide assistance on travel arrangements of Company personnel.
- Receiving, registering and sending all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence, working with courier company.
- Tracking and reporting to Astana team all correspondence, calls, visits.
- Meeting, escorting and see off the Company visitors.
- Answering all incoming calls.
- Administration of cars, where applicable and logistics support.
- Facilitating communication and coordination between the Company and Site Contractors and local authorities.
- Maintain of the sufficient filing and archive system.
- Organize necessary support during various tax and other audits.
- Support with project updates and statistical reports filing to local authorities.
- Stakeholder management support.
- High University degree in business administration, finance, accounting or other relevant areas.
- At least 2 years of experience on a similar role in a local or international company.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Knowledge of business correspondence and administrative work.
- Accuracy.
- Team player.
- Capability to work with PC, MS office programs.
- Good verbal and written English.
