Qualification Requirements
  • Higher professional degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and strategic HR process management, including hiring for critical and complex positions and implementing onboarding and training systems.
  • Experience in the aviation industry (airline, airport, ground handling, MRO), with both high volume and specialized hiring; experience with multi-channel sourcing, assessment tools, HR analytics, and external providers; people or HR function leadership is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective operation and continuous development of recruitment and training processes across the company.
  • Build monthly and quarterly hiring plans in collaboration with department heads, aligned with operational and strategic needs.
  • Control recruitment performance metrics, including vacancy closure SLA, shortlist quality, offers, and employee start dates.
  • Ensure the launch and operation of the onboarding and training system for employees (excluding pilot training), including induction and job-related training.
  • Establish, implement, and continuously improve internal standards, templates, and procedures for recruitment and training (checklists, interview standards, training frameworks).
  • Develop recommendations to improve and optimize internal recruitment and training processes.
  • Provide regular management reporting, including weekly status updates on open roles and risks and monthly recruitment and training metrics.
  • Manage recruitment and training budgets, including engagement with external vendors such as job boards, agencies, and training providers.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with internal stakeholders on recruitment and training matters.

  • Central Asia Aviation Holdings Limited (part of the Vietnamese Sovico Group) – 49%
  • Kazasia Holdings Limited – 2%
On the same day, during the Kazakhstan–Vietnam Business Forum in Astana, QAZAQ AIR and Vietjet announced a strategic partnership and the launch of the new brand — Vietjet Qazaqstan.
