Could you be the full-time Accounting Assistant in Astana we’re looking for?Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your finance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Aizhan Moldybayeva, and work alongside smart, responsible, hardworking teammates.Main responsibilities:
  • Enter financial data into the system.
  • Scanning of invoices in INSPIRE accounting system.
  • Maintaining of Finance electronic archive on a daily basis.
  • Filing of accounting paper documents on weekly basis.
  • Daily monitoring and downloading of invoices from local tax portal.
  • Support of finance team activities.
  • Back up of treasury accountant
  • Advance reports
Main requirements:
  • graduate with graduate with Financial or Accounting degree.
  • Good communication skills in English, Russian and Kazakh.
  • Data accuracy.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Proactivity.
