- Minimum of three years’ experience in luxury sales
- Motivated by being a team player with a common goal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Good level of English (min.upper intermediate )
- Flexible to work at night shift in addition to day shift
- Providing exceptional standards of customer service surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity by following our Service Ceremony
- To maintain a strong understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensure that customers are informed and aware, providing excellent customer service
- Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
- Be aware of daily sales targets and performance against them. Use appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met
- To ensure that all procedures and policies are understood. To carry out work according to those standards
- Ensure that personal appearance and presentation are strictly in line with company standards
- Playing an active role in replenishing stock according to company procedures and policies
- Actively ensuring merchandise presentation reflect VM standards and general tidiness and cleanliness of the boutique at all times
- Contributing ideas and suggestions to the team in order to achieve improvements in all aspects of the boutique performance
- Demonstrating flexibility by supporting the store management in any other ad-hoc duties as might reasonably be required in the successful running of the boutique
