The collected data will be used by accounting teams for further calculations and job costing.Key Responsibilities:Perform quantity takeoffs from architectural and construction drawingsMeasure material quantities, areas, lengths, and unit countsPrepare structured and accurate takeoff reportsWork with PDF plans using professional takeoff softwareClarify scope-related questions based on drawings when neededDeliver consistent and well-organized quantity data to internal teamsRole Scope:This position is focused solely on quantity measurement and data preparation.
