- Support users in German by resolving issues that arise during lessons. Handle complex inquiries via chat or phone.
- Assisting with translations into Italian (instructions, clients’ responses templates etc)
- Assisting with Non Assisted Support (chat bot)
- Remote work
- Full time work - 40 hours per week (one working day on weekend)
