- Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Management or Finance). MSc/MBA preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in FMCG BRAND MANAGEMENT (important!)
- Marketing skills including ATL/BTL development, knowledge in media, research briefing & analysis, market analysis, consumer insights development, measurement & tracking of initiatives, product & packaging development, concept development
- Strong strategic and analytical skills; know how to manage P&L
- Experience utilizing Nielsen, GFK, and other research data reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication skills to manage diverse relationship both locally & internationally
- Ability to identify patterns and triggers in data and develop action plans in response
- Proven experience in developing, executing, and delivering growth initiatives within the FMCG
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including a track record of developing and driving initiatives that achieve objectives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Strong bias for action
- Ability to lead project team
- Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
