- Distributors management in all CEA countries. Constant development of value proposition for distributors to ensure realization of Mars strategy in region. CTS model approach definition, calculation, analyze, review and alignment. Targets & KPI settings and communication to Distributors.
- Develop, align and implement the recommendation and opportunities for RTM optimizations
- Effective communications. Development and deployment of policies and ways of working to ensure effective communications with field sales and distributors (trading terms, price changes, all the supporting information).
- Governance. Hold governance related activities (distributor contracts maintenance, sales activities supporting documents, etc.). Drive governance in CEA Unit.
- Operational budgets planning, tracking & reconciliations (TE, OVH, Balance of exchange difference).
- Facilitation of Tender processes in case of RTM changes
- Effective collaboration within Customer Experience Team CEA and Sales Team in Turkiye & Central Asia & Mongolia.
- Minimum Bachelor’s, MPM or CPM will be a plus
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or / and Sales Finance departments in FMCG
- English & Turkish – Upper intermediate
- Experienced in MS office programs (extensive use of Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
- Basic knowledge of data analyses tools will be a plus
