Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction, and operations for offices, showrooms, and DC’s for adidas. This supports successful revenue growth, portfolio optimization, and the creation of great workplaces to attract and retain top talent globally. To ensure a successful and sustainable Portfolio, Workplaces collaborates with an extensive network of internal/external stakeholders and industry experts to provide value-added service.In this role, you are responsible for the delivery of Workplace services and operations at the local adidas location.
