Join Our Team as a Payment Operations Specialist at Osh CasinoWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payment Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with payment platforms and systems within high-risk industries such as iGaming, Forex, or FinTech. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and uninterrupted payment processing, supporting platform integration, and contributing to strategic improvements in the payment infrastructure.The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset, able to work independently while collaborating across departments. You should be comfortable navigating complex payment flows, resolving transaction issues, and communicating effectively with internal teams and external providers.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring the operation of the payment platform and ensuring uninterrupted payment processing
  • Analyzing traffic and resolving transaction issues
  • Communicating with payment systems to identify and resolve payment processing issues and improve processes
  • Preparing reports on payment processing performance
  • Actively collaborating with the support team to resolve payment-related issues
  • Handling non-standard tasks and ad-hoc reports related to payment systems
  • Researching and negotiating with new payment providers according to business requirements
  • Integrating payment systems into Devcode PaymentIQ, testing channels, and configuring routing and cascades
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in High-Risk FinTech or payment department of iGaming/Forex company
  • Familiar with payment processing and payment routing
  • Familiar with alternative payment systems used in iGaming/Forex industries
  • Experience with platforms such as PaymentIQ, Corefy, Praxis, Payneteasy, PayAdmit
  • Responsibility, stress resistance, proactiveness, analytical mindset, and ability to adapt to new tasks
  • • English level B1 or higher
