Qualifications :
  • Graduates of Business Administration or Civil Engineering ,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience,
  • Preferably worked on infrastructure projects in the energy sector,
  • Experience in Financial Modeling, DCFA knowledge is plus,
  • Experience in document control,
  • Team management and organizational skills,
  • Experience working on project management teams,
  • Ability to resolve and negotiate problems encountered during the project,
  • Problem solving, quality and results-oriented work, and time management skills,
  • Analytical thinking, with supervision and guidance skills,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, aptitude for teamwork,
  • Proficiency in English at a level that allows for conversation, correspondence, and presentation/reporting,
  • Proficiency in MS Office and professional programs,
  • No restrictions on international travel.
Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models,
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis including variance analysis, scenario modelling, discounted cash flow analysis and sensitivity analysis,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support Employer’s key decision making process,
  • Prepare and present financial reports,
  • Research and analyze industry trends,
  • Support Non-Engineering Team Leader in ongoing negotiations with Lenders,
  • Compile data from Sub-Consultants,
  • Coordinate Sub-Consultants in Pre-Feasibility Studies,
  • Preparing Ad-Hoc reports to Senior Management.
