- Schedule medical appointments
- Answer phone calls in a fast efficient manner, provide customers necessary precisely and cleary
- Fulfil all reasonable requests from clients to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
- Deal with Clients and/or third parties in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
- Billing process and cash flow
- High school diploma
- Microsoft Office Skills. knowledge of basic Office, fast typing skills
- Proficiency in English - B2
- High level of self-discipline, responsibility, ability to multi-task, fast and effective operations
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Preferably with hospitality or clinic service experience
- Stress resistance
