Front Office Receptionist Job Duties:
  • Work in an international clinic
  • Schedule medical appointments
  • Answer phone calls in a fast efficient manner, provide customers necessary precisely and cleary
  • Fulfil all reasonable requests from clients to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
  • Deal with Clients and/or third parties in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
  • Billing process and cash flow
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Microsoft Office Skills. knowledge of basic Office, fast typing skills
  • Proficiency in English - B2
  • High level of self-discipline, responsibility, ability to multi-task, fast and effective operations
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Preferably with hospitality or clinic service experience
  • Stress resistance
