- Manage export/import contracts (register in bank, fix registration number, etc.)
- Manage incoming funds from export customers
- Manage new or change suppliers bank account process
- Manage Bank reconciliation for OK’s accounts
- Manage payment documents for Netting transactions (Commercial invoices edit, scan, print out, etc.)
- Vouchers entry in GEVS if required
- Reports preparation upon request from team leader
- 2~3 years working experience in Finance (Internet banking, Bank reconciliation, Bank statements monitoring, export/import contracts managing, etc.)
- English level - Intermediate
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Result oriented, responsible, accurate, punctual, stress resistance;
- Good communication skills (including mail correspondence in English)
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
