The Role
  • Develop and grow the assigned Key Account (one of the largest in Kazakhstan) by expanding the assortment matrix, optimizing logistics, and engaging in strategic sales planning.
  • Drive sales growth and monitor sell-in targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and develop indirect partners to support the business ecosystem of the assigned client.
  • Manage the end-to-end order cycle, including order creation, shipment tracking, and payment control to ensure financial discipline.
  • Implement and execute initiatives to support sell-out performance and drive consumer demand.
  • Oversee the listing and introduction of new products (NPI) into the client’s assortment matrix.
  • Ensure constant on-shelf availability of the product range across retail stores.
  • Build and maintain loyal, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement managers.
  • Participate in the organization and execution of promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility.
  • Conduct competitive analysis by monitoring prices, assortments, listings, and sales activities of competitors.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, ensuring accurate planning and data tracking.
  • Monitor the rational use of company credit resources and enforce strict credit discipline with the client.
  • Calculate monthly bonuses for the team of retail consultants and verify reports on promotional activities.
The Candidate
  • 2+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager (KAM); experience in Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances is preferred.
  • A result-oriented mindset and proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken).
