Key Responsibilities:Manage GIS projects using Agile/Scrum methodologiesSupport and enhance GIS applications (bug fixes, features, map updates)Oversee GIS infrastructure performance and securityCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersParticipate in governance and change management processesRequirements:Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS SuiteExperience with spatial data management toolsExperience developing web and mobile GIS applicationsStrong communication and coordination skillsProject management experienceLanguages: Kazakh, Russian, English (Upper-Intermediate)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, GIS, or related field
