Supply Chain Contracts Specialist

• Lead the planning and requisition process for procurement of goods, services, and works, coordinating with Contract Holders and CP specialists, and ensure timely completion in line with company procedures.
• Prepare, review, and analyze contractual and commercial sections of tender packages, and manage the full tender documentation process.
• Evaluate tender proposals, conduct negotiations, and formulate recommendations for contract awards, including developing alternative contracting solutions.
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure contractor compliance with contract terms (scope of work, deliverables, schedule, KPIs) and maintain all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
• Monitor contract expenditures, verify invoices and payment documents, participate in contract close-out, and consolidate supporting documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Legal (Master’s or MBA is an advantage).
• CIPS qualification (minimum Level 3/4 as per official CIPS register).
• 4+ years (Level II) or 8+ years (Level I) of experience in contracts and procurement (pre- and post-award), material management, and budget/cost control, preferably in oil & gas.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement policies and procedures, procurement planning, reporting (including KPIs), and vendor management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in PC applications (Windows, MS Office, SAP), and advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian, and Kazakh.
