The role ensures that the airport maintains a high level of readiness to effectively manage aviation and non-aviation emergencies in accordance with international aviation safety standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and manage the airport’s emergency management systemDevelop, implement, and regularly update the Airport Emergency Response Plan (ERP)Coordinate airport departments and external agencies during emergency situationsEnsure preparedness of airport services for aviation and operational emergenciesOrganize and conduct emergency drills, exercises, and training programsLiaise with government authorities, emergency services, and aviation regulatorsParticipate in the investigation of incidents and support the development of corrective actionsPrepare reports and provide updates to senior management regarding emergency preparednessEnsure compliance with ICAO standards, aviation safety regulations, and internal policies REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldProven experience in aviation operations, emergency management, safety, or rescue servicesExperience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating emergency response operationsStrong understanding of emergency response planning and crisis managementKnowledge of ICAO standards and aviation safety regulations will be an advantageStrong leadership, analytical, and organizational skillsEnglish proficiency – Upper-Intermediate or higherWE OFFER:

Office location - Almaty International Airport, Mailin St. 42
Work schedule 5 days per week, working hours from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00)
