Role SummaryThe Analyst, Regional Product Solutions - Operations Support will provide hands-on operational support to Regional Product Solutions leads, enabling efficient execution of product rollouts, pilots, and market activations across multiple markets.This role focuses on coordination, execution, and operational discipline, ensuring visibility into product adoption, implementation progress, risks, and dependencies.The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Operations to support client onboarding, track implementations, and help scale digital solutions consistently across regions.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day operational support to Regional Product Solutions leadsSupport execution of product rollouts, pilots, and market activations across multiple marketsMaintain visibility of regional product adoption, blockers, and operational risksSupport client and partner onboarding, including implementation tracking and follow-upsAssist in managing implementation dependencies, prerequisites, and documentationCoordinate intake of regional product ideas, enhancements, and requestsEnsure consistent communication and handoffs across Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and OperationsIdentify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual effortContribute to scaling solutions across multiple markets and clientsSupport operational governance and process discipline within regional initiativesJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field1–3 years of experience in operations, product support, program management, implementation, or consultingExperience supporting regional or multi-market initiatives is a strong advantageExposure to product, digital solutions, or technology-enabled services preferredExperience in financial services, payments, fintech, or enterprise technology is a plusSkills & CompetenciesStrong written and verbal communication skillsFluent English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal contextsProven ability to provide day-to-day operational support in a fast-paced environmentStrong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallelSolid understanding of product lifecycle concepts (intake, rollout, pilot, scale)High attention to detail and structured working styleAbility to coordinate effectively across multiple functions and regionsComfortable following up with senior and peer stakeholders on actions and dependenciesWho This Role Is ForThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of product, operations, and execution, and who is motivated by bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-market initiatives in an international environment.Smart Solutions — международный провайдер HR-услуг и аутсорсинга бизнес-процессов, работающий в 8 странах: Казахстане, Узбекистане, Кыргызстане, Азербайджане, Украине, Польше, Грузии и ОАЭ.Наши достижения:
