- Execute payroll, tax, social insurance, time management and benefits administration processes
- Maintain and update HR system data supporting People & Culture processes
- Act as the primary quality control contact for the 3rd party payroll and HR administration provider
- Ensure full compliance with local labor, tax and social insurance regulations
- Provide advisory support to HR and business stakeholders on local payroll and P&C processes
- Take end-to-end ownership of payroll-related queries and ensure timely resolution
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and service quality enhancement
- Update and maintain process documentation (SOPs, work instructions)
- Ensure service delivery in line with defined KPIs and SLAs
- 2–3 years of payroll experience as a process owner
- Strong knowledge of local tax and social insurance legislation
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in P&C / HR operations or service delivery environment
- Strong communication skills in English, Kazakh and Russian (written and spoken)
- High level of accountability, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
